Radisson reports higher conversion from ChatGPT
Radisson Hotel Group has reported a booking conversion rate approximately 1.5 times higher through its ChatGPT integration than through organic search.
Developed with Accenture using OpenAI technology, the service allows travellers to discover and compare more than 1,000 hotels before completing their booking on Radisson’s website. The results from July and August provide an early example of conversational discovery translating into direct bookings rather than simply generating awareness.

Average weekly marketplace traffic rose by approximately 32%, while the number of available products grew by more than 50% since the start of the year. Tesco said an improved AI-enabled onboarding process had supported seller growth.

ASOS said names and contact details may have been accessed, although it does not currently believe payment-card information or passwords were affected. Its website and app continued operating normally. ASOS shares initially fell by 10%, while customers were warned to remain alert to potential phishing attempts.
