The Very Group has partnered with Made With Intent to personalise its digital shopping experience, using more than 800 behavioural signals to predict customer intent in real time and determine what shoppers see and when.
Made With Intent’s engine is built on a proprietary model and optimisation AI agent that work together to allocate experiences across hundreds of intent combinations, learning what works for which visitors and contexts then applying it to future sessions.
Sarah Hanna, digital director at The Very Group, said the platform is allowing the retailer to personalise customer journeys in real time, with early results already showing an impact on commercial performance.
“In the first month of the partnership, we’ve already seen promising results including revenue per customer increasing by a fifth in one of our agentic strategies, and an uplift in overall conversion,” she said.
The technology gives Very’s ecommerce team more control over what individual customers see and when, from one-off discounts to personalised payment options.
David Mannheim, founder of Made With Intent, said the technology is designed to help retailers deliver more personalised experiences at scale.
“Our goal has always been to move ecommerce away from generic, static experiences designed for everyone towards something more personalised and real-time. Not only because it is a better experience for visitors, but because it finds new growth, and we’re excited to be on this journey with The Very Group,” he said.
