Cosmo5 has launched Agentic Retail Radar, developed by Kiliagon, its specialist marketplace and retail media business unit.

As AI shopping assistants play a greater role in product discovery, brands are increasingly looking for ways to improve their visibility within AI-generated recommendations. Cosmo5 believes Agentic Retail Radar can help brands understand and influence how their products are surfaced by Amazon’s AI-powered shopping experiences.

The new solution is a proprietary Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) methodology supported by advanced analytics technology, designed to help brands navigate the emerging world of agentic commerce, where AI assistants are increasingly influencing product discovery and purchase decisions.

According to Cosmo5, the methodology combines semantic intelligence and data governance strategies to help brands improve their visibility within AI-powered shopping experiences. The aim is to ensure products are not only recognised by AI assistants but also recommended as trusted and authoritative choices within their category.

The framework is built around five key areas:

  • Semantic Intelligence – mapping the “Category Golden Prompts” consumers use when interacting with AI assistants
  • SOAR Audit – monitoring brand visibility and competitive performance using the Weighted SOAR metric
  • Semantic Alignment – optimising content to improve the likelihood of being recommended by AI-powered algorithms
  • Data Governance – engineering catalogue data to improve accuracy and reduce AI errors
  • Gap Bridging – identifying and addressing visibility gaps to protect generative market share

Commenting on the launch, Mattia Stuani, CEO of Kiliagon, said:

“The arrival of GEO on Amazon is a turning point for retail media. Continuing to invest in traditional SEO logic means participating in a game that no longer exists.

“We are now firmly in the era of agentic commerce, a fundamental shift in how consumers interact with brands and products. Understanding in real time how AI agents perceive your brand is the new starting point for every organic and advertising decision you make. That’s why we built Agentic Retail Radar.”

Alongside the methodology, Cosmo5 has developed a proprietary dashboard that tracks how often and how favourably Amazon’s AI assistant recommends a brand within its category. The platform measures visibility, recommendation quality and sentiment across the customer journey, producing metrics that can be benchmarked against competitors and monitored over time.

Ben Gibson, UK CEO of Cosmo5, added:

“AI is fundamentally changing the way consumers shop online, and Amazon is at the centre of that shift.

“Brands that understand how to work with these new AI-powered experiences, rather than against them, will have a significant advantage. Agentic Retail Radar is our answer to that challenge.”
