Cartwheel has integrated with Just Eat Go, enabling UK hospitality businesses to access Just Eat’s courier network through the same platform they use to manage their delivery operations.

The partnership brings Just Eat’s Delivery-as-a-Service offering into Cartwheel’s delivery management system, allowing restaurants to fulfil orders placed through their own websites and apps without having to rely entirely on in-house drivers or manage separate delivery providers.

Launched in the UK in 2025, Just Eat Go enables businesses to use Just Eat’s courier network for deliveries originating from their own ordering channels. Its integration with Cartwheel means those orders can now flow automatically from restaurant technology and point-of-sale systems into a delivery process that also accommodates other third-party providers and a restaurant’s own drivers.

For businesses operating across multiple locations, Cartwheel’s platform determines which delivery provider to use based on factors including availability, cost and delivery requirements. Restaurants with their own fleets can also use the technology to bring in third-party couriers when additional capacity is needed, giving operators greater flexibility during busy periods.

Tom Baxter, Commercial Director for Just Eat Go, said: “Through our integration with Cartwheel, restaurant and enterprise brands can now access Just Eat Go and Just Eat’s courier network directly within the platform they use to run delivery. It’s a simple way for brands to bring our delivery infrastructure into their broader operations while keeping their customer relationships and first-party ordering front and centre.”

The announcement builds on Cartwheel’s growing presence in the UK, where London-based artisan pizza business Flour Flow is already using the platform to coordinate orders across multiple delivery providers.

Alessio Fiumano, Owner at Flour Flow, said: “It gives us the flexibility to manage delivery without having to hire our own drivers every day of the week, and we can send orders from our website across multiple delivery partners from one platform. Adding Just Eat Go gives us even more choice.”

The integration also supports on-demand, same-day and scheduled deliveries, extending the options available to operators looking to manage fulfilment across different locations and ordering channels.

Alex Vasilkin, co-founder and CEO of Cartwheel, said: “As we continue expanding in the UK, the Just Eat Go integration gives enterprise brands another way to scale delivery while maintaining control of the customer experience.”
