Streetwear brand Patta has reopened sales to the United States after deploying Reveni’s cross-border technology, allowing it to ship 4,000 parcels to US customers in a single product drop after tariffs had previously forced the brand to stop serving the market.

Patta, known for its limited-edition product launches, had suspended US sales after customers were hit with unexpected import charges, leading many to refuse deliveries. The brand was left paying both export and reimport costs, making sales to one of its biggest international markets commercially unviable, costing hundreds of thousands.

By implementing Reveni Atlas, Patta has been able to resume US sales while eliminating surprise duties for customers. The platform automatically calculates and manages tariff changes, allowing orders to be shipped with duties paid in advance and pass through customs without delays.

Tomas Overtoom, Business Growth at Patta, said:

“You basically ship out a product, the customer just doesn’t accept it because they get hit with tariffs. So you have to pay for the export but also reimporting it back again. It’s extremely expensive. Ever since we have Atlas, we’re extremely confident in using cross-border releases and implementing them, specifically for the US now.”

Alongside restoring access to the US market, Patta also replaced its previous returns platform with Reveni’s integrated solution. The new platform connects directly with the brand’s systems and third-party logistics provider, giving the team full visibility of every return while reducing manual administration. Patta also offers instant refunds to selected customers through the platform giving them a premium experience, because they know how important it is to offer them the best customer experience.

Kevin Paiser, VP Marketing & Partnerships at Reveni said:

“Cross-border commerce has become significantly more complicated over the past year, particularly for brands selling into the US. Many retailers have seen demand remain strong while rising tariffs and unpredictable import costs have made fulfilment far more challenging.

“Brands shouldn’t have to choose between disappointing customers and walking away from international markets altogether. By removing that complexity, retailers can continue growing globally without exposing customers or their operations to unnecessary risk.”

Patta says the partnership continues to evolve, with the business also exploring future technologies including AI-powered Virtual Try-On to help customers choose the right size before purchasing.
