Lush customers can now explore and book the popular in-store services and local events through the newly debuted ‘Lush Events’ feature.
Launching in May 2026 and available exclusively through the app, the feature is designed to encourage more physical interaction with stores at a time when retailers are increasingly looking to blend digital convenience with real-world engagement.
The move builds on the launch of Lush Club in October 2025 and reflects the growing focus across retail on phygital experiences that combine loyalty, community and experiential commerce within a single ecosystem.
Customers will be able to browse and book a range of complimentary in-store services spanning skincare, haircare, fragrance and wellness, alongside local events hosted by individual stores and spas.
Available experiences include skincare workshops such as ‘Meet your microbiome’ and ‘Skintroduction’, haircare consultations, hand and arm massages, fragrance readings, wedding scent consultations and bespoke events tailored to local audiences.
Stores and spas will also be able to promote their own community-focused programming through the app, including product launch events, creative workshops, spa open days and family-friendly product-making sessions.

The launch also further strengthens the role of the Lush App as a loyalty and engagement platform. Through the Rewards feature inside Lush Club, members can earn points across eligible in-store, web and app purchases, as well as spa treatments and gift card purchases.
Customers progress through tiered membership levels inspired by iconic Lush products, unlocking rewards including products, parties and spa experiences as they accumulate points.
Lush Club Rewards is currently available in the UK, Canada, USA, Australia, Aotearoa, Japan and Italy.
