BrewDog has strengthened its senior leadership team with four appointments spanning marketing, hospitality, category strategy and international commercial growth as the business enters its next phase under Tilray Brands.

  • John Beasley has been appointed Chief Marketing Officer, taking responsibility for brand building, consumer engagement and commercial momentum across key markets. He brings more than 25 years of beverage marketing experience, including leadership roles at Red Bull and Monster Energy.
  • Gemma Hampton-Stone becomes Managing Director of Bars and Hospitality, with responsibility for customer experience, performance and growth across BrewDog’s hospitality estate. Her background includes overseeing more than 36 pubs, restaurants, hotels and live music venues.
  • Ridesh Sharma has been named Category Director, leading portfolio and category strategy, customer and consumer insight and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Faisal Khan joins as Commercial Director, Beverages – Rest of World, leading BrewDog’s commercial activity in international markets outside Europe.
